<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Stunting remains a major public health problem in Indonesia and is closely related to nutritional deficiencies and early childhood oral health problems, particularly Early Childhood Caries (ECC). In Semarang City, stunting prevalence reached 1.53% (1,277 children) as of April 2023, indicating the need for integrated preventive strategies. This community service program aimed to prevent stunting risk associated with rampant caries through oral health promotion, nutritional assessment, preventive intervention, and the implementation of the e-KGMS software at TK IT Alkamilah, Banyumanik District, Semarang. The program was conducted through structured stages, including identification of Early Childhood Caries (ECC) cases in 46 children, assessment of nutritional status using BMI-for-age, oral health education for parents and teachers, digital education using the e-KGMS application, and preventive intervention using MI Varnish GC on 20 children (40%) at the Dental Health Care Laboratory. The e-KGMS application functioned as a digital educational and data-recording tool to enhance parental knowledge and monitoring of children’s oral health. The results showed that most children experienced moderate rampant caries (39%) and underweight nutritional status (85%), reflecting the interrelationship between poor oral health and nutritional problems. Preventive intervention with MI Varnish GC contributed positively to caries prevention, while the use of e-KGMS improved awareness and engagement of parents and teachers. In conclusion, school-based, collaborative, and technology-supported oral health interventions are effective strategies to reduce ECC prevalence and support stunting prevention efforts in early childhood.
