Abstract

One of the biggest threats that can divide a nation is religious conflict, let alone using violent means. However, for everyone who is excessively fanatical about religion, it is understood as something holy, noble, sacred and sacred. Even if in reality Religion comes to earth and brings Benefit to humanity, but he will be able to show a different face when manifested with a fanatical mind and full of emotion. Instead of doing good, followers of religious fanatics can get caught up in bad attitudes offending the spirit of religion itself. To avoid this conflict, it is necessary to build religious tolerance in Indonesia, which is very important to do to prevent and reduce the phenomenon of intolerance that occurs. In building tolerance to overcome various conflicts that occur, religious moderation is something that must be done. Religious moderation means teaching religion not only to form pious individuals personally, but also to be able to make their religious understanding an instrument to respect people of other religions. Islam in seeing diversity is something that is necessary and a reality of human life. This article is a library research so that in its discussion it uses books, books, journals and articles related to the discussion of religious moderation. The procedure for collecting information is a search for documents from relevant up-to-date sources as well as a bibliography. Methods of analysis of information analysis activities in this model include: information reduction, information presentation, and drawing/validating conclusions. The information obtained is tested by analyzing the contents of the theme to produce appropriate answers (solutions). The concept of Islamic law "rahmatan lil alamin" is a very important and relevant concept in the context of religious moderation in Indonesia. The concepts offered by Islam are: Wasathiyah (taking the middle way), Tawazun (balanced), I'tidal (straight and firm), Musawah (equality), Syuro (deliberation), Ishlah (reform), Awlawiyah (prioritizing priority) , Tathawur Wa Ibtikar (dynamic and innovative), Tahadhdhur (Civilized). This concept encourages Indonesian people to respect and accept differences, as well as promote peace and tolerance among religious communities. In this case, the Indonesian government and people must continue to strengthen and apply this concept to ensure the realization of a just, peaceful and civilized society.

Abstract

The term childfree is not something new. The term childfree first appeared in the Merriam-Webster English dictionary before 1901. The childfree phenomenon itself has existed since the 1500s in several countries such as France, England and the Netherlands. The characteristics of a population that works hard, is independent and does not want to be bothered by the presence of children is a strong reason for someone to decide to live without children or be childfree. Islamic law considers that childfree is a decision that is very contrary to one of the goals of marriage that has been established by Allah SWT. In preparing this article, the literature review method was used as the initial approach. A literature review is a holistic, structured, and systematic analysis of literature that includes the process of collecting, selecting, evaluating, and synthesizing information from legal sources. The main focus of the literature review is to provide an in-depth understanding of childfree and the purpose of marriage and maqasyid marriage law.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of E-Court in supporting the principles of simple, fast, and low cost justice at the Jombang Religious Court. The E-Court system was present as a form of innovation of the Supreme Court in responding to the challenges of the times and the need for modernization of the judicial system. This research used descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interview, observation, and documentation study. The results showed that E-Court provides efficiency in administrative and judicial processes, although there are still some obstacles such as limited digital literacy among the justice-seeking community. In conclusion, E-Court supports the principles of simple, fast, and low cost justice, but still requires optimization in terms of implementation and infrastructure support. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the impact of online gambling awareness campaigns on household resilience and the family economy in Balong Jeruk Village, Kunjang District. Online gambling is a disturbing phenomenon with the potential for significant damage, particularly within the family environment. The research employed a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders (victims/families, community leaders, and village officials) and participant observation. The results indicate that awareness campaigns regarding the dangers of online gambling remain challenging, although awareness of the risks has begun to develop. The impact of online gambling on household resilience is significant, including increased internal conflict, domestic violence (DV), loss of trust, and even potential divorce. Economically, online gambling practices lead to bankruptcy, significant debt accumulation (including illegal online loan debt), structural poverty within families, and the loss of productive assets. The study's conclusions confirm that online gambling poses a serious threat that undermines the economic and social foundations of families. Synergy between the village government, community leaders, and relevant institutions is needed to strengthen more intensive and comprehensive outreach programs and provide support and rehabilitation mechanisms for victims and their families.

Abstract

Digitalization brings changes in childcare, especially media and technology sources, as more and more parents allow their children to be stimulated by the presence of a shared position with the adopted position of children at various moral, social, and spiritual levels. This is a form of legal neglect of the executive parent and in the perspective of Islamic law is defined in terms of the mandate of care (ḥaḍānah). The purpose of this study is to express and detail the same problem, as well as convey information and scientific issues and opinions regarding the position of the digital world on children in this study using various library research methods and theological-normative, psychological, and sociological approaches and the rules of the Qur'an, hadith, classical books (yellow books) and Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection, issued. This is assessed internally and externally. Digital consumption without parental supervision can influence the emergence of deviant behavior leading to vulgarity, online game addiction and disrespect towards parents. From an Islamic perspective, parents not only "own" their children physically, but also their faith, morals, and character. Therefore, minimal parental supervision of children's digital sites and applications can be considered a serious violation of legal custody. Furthermore, this study aims to raise parents' awareness of their potential educational and preventive role in the digital world, based on Islamic values, as a solution. This study is not intended to blame parents, but to reawaken collective awareness that raising children is not only about providing food and shelter, but also about guiding their minds, protecting their morals, and accompanying their souls, even in the virtual world. The digital world can be a blessing, but it can also be a disaster. Everything depends on the extent to which parents are present as teachers, protectors, and role models, both in real life and online. If neglect continues, not only will children's futures be threatened, but also the divine trust entrusted to them. Therefore, this journal invites all readers, especially parents, educators, and policymakers, to collectively return to the essence of Islamic parenting: parenting that is full of values, based on sharia law, and filled with responsible love. Because in this digital age, love alone is not enough; it requires direction, control, and meaningful presence.
