Abstract

The web-based Laundry Information System is designed to replace the manual operational processes commonly carried out in laundry businesses, such as recording transactions in notebooks, calculating service fees manually, and storing customer data without an integrated system. In this system, customers do not place orders online; instead, orders are recorded directly by the cashier when customers arrive at the laundry location. The system automatically calculates service fees based on the type of service and the weight of the laundry. Each order receives a unique code in the form printed on the receipt, allowing customers to track the status of their laundry through the website. For staff, the system provides features to record transactions and update laundry status efficiently. Business owners can obtain periodic transaction reports presented in graphical form to monitor revenue, customer volume, and daily operational patterns. This system is expected to be an effective solution for improving work efficiency, data accuracy, and service quality in laundry businesses.
