<![CDATA[The development of social media in the digital age has brought numerous benefits in terms of communication and the dissemination of information; however, it has also given rise to various legal and ethical issues, such as hoaxes, cyberbullying, hate speech, defamation, and privacy violations. These conditions indicate that the enforcement of cyber laws alone is insufficient to foster responsible digital behavior. This study aims to analyze the role of cyber law in regulating social media activities, examine social media ethics from the perspective of Hindu Religious Education, and explain the integration of both in fostering public digital awareness. The research employs a normative legal method using a literature review approach that examines various laws and regulations, cyber law literature, digital ethics, and the teachings of Hindu Religious Education. The results indicate that cyber law functions as an external instrument regulating societal behavior through norms and sanctions, while Hindu religious education serves as an internal instrument shaping individual moral consciousness. Hindu values such as Dharma, Tri Kaya Parisudha, Ahimsa, and Tat Twam Asi hold strong relevance in fostering social media ethics, enhancing legal awareness, and promoting the wise and responsible use of technology. The integration of cyber law and Hindu religious education can serve as both preventive and repressive strategies in fostering a healthy, ethical digital culture grounded in humanistic values.]]>
