<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the regulation of teacher professionalism within the Indonesian education legal system, examine the forms of teachers' legal accountability in the implementation of education during the digital transformation era, and formulate regulatory strengthening that is adaptive to technological developments. This research employs a normative legal research method using statutory and conceptual approaches. The legal materials consist of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal sources, which are analyzed qualitatively through legal interpretation and legal reasoning. The findings indicate that teacher professionalism has been supported by a strong legal framework through Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, along with other educational regulations. However, digital transformation has expanded the scope of teachers' legal responsibilities beyond administrative obligations to include civil, criminal, ethical, personal data protection, intellectual property, and artificial intelligence-related responsibilities in the learning process. The study also identifies regulatory gaps concerning digital competency standards, digital ethics, the use of artificial intelligence, and the governance of students' personal data protection. Therefore, regulatory harmonization, strengthening teachers' digital competencies, developing national guidelines for the use of digital technology and artificial intelligence in education, and updating the professional code of ethics are necessary to ensure that teacher professionalism remains adaptive, accountable, and capable of providing legal certainty in the implementation of education during the digital transformation era.]]>
