Abstract

Educational services are services provided by schools to students to meet their learning and development needs. Service quality can be seen from the conformity between student expectations and the services received during the education process. This research aims to determine the form of educational services provided to Children with Special Needs (ABK). The research focus includes learning services, mentoring, potential development, and communication with parents. The research uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research or case study. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews and documentation of research subjects to obtain a comprehensive picture of educational services for ABK. The research results show that educational services for ABK need to be developed according to the needs and characteristics of students. Services in learning are carried out through providing materials, practice questions, reflections on learning videos, as well as learning activities using educational games. Apart from classroom learning, schools provide services through extracurricular activities to develop students' talents and interests. Market day programs, home visits, and monitoring of student parents are also carried out as a form of ongoing assistance. Thus, educational services for ABK are not only oriented towards academic achievement, but also towards the social, emotional development, skills and potential of students. The right service can create inclusive and meaningful learning.
