Abstract

This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to identify and synthesize findings from various studies related to Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and the protection of minority shareholders. From the eight main articles analyzed, it was found that the principles of fairness, information transparency, and supervision by corporate bodies, particularly independent commissioners, play a significant role in preventing abuse of authority. However, the effectiveness of such protection is highly dependent on the quality of GCG implementation in companies and the consistency of regulators in enforcing the rules. The results of the study confirm that strong implementation of GCG not only increases the confidence of minority investors, but also creates more balanced and ethical corporate governance.

Abstract

This study aims to design a web-based badminton court reservation information system for Fuji Arena to support digital transformation in operational management. The existing manual system, which relies on WhatsApp and handwritten records, poses risks of double bookings, transaction data loss, and limited information regarding court availability. The development method employed is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with data collected through literature reviews, interviews, and observations. The system was designed using UML, including Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Use Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The design results indicate that the proposed system is capable of integrating reservation management, real-time court availability checking, digital payments through a payment gateway, and automated financial reporting. This study is limited to the analysis and design stages; therefore, system implementation and testing are recommended for future research.
