Public services are an important form of public policy implementation that directly affects community welfare. At the village level, administrative services play a strategic role in ensuring effective, efficient, transparent, and accountable access to government services. This community service activity aimed to improve community understanding of public service policy implementation through administrative management education in Lantipo Village, Walesi District. The activity employed a participatory approach involving community members and village officials through four stages: problem identification, preparation, educational implementation, and evaluation. Educational activities were conducted through socialization, counseling, interactive discussions, and simulations of administrative service procedures. Evaluation was conducted through pre-tests and post-tests, observation of participant participation, and evaluative discussions. The initial assessment revealed that community understanding of administrative procedures was still limited, particularly regarding available services, administrative requirements, service procedures, and changes in service mechanisms following changes in village personnel. These conditions frequently resulted in incomplete documents and repeated visits to the village office. Following the educational activities, participants demonstrated improved understanding of administrative service types, document requirements, service procedures, and their rights and responsibilities as public service users. The activity also strengthened communication between village officials and the community. The results indicate that administrative management education is an effective strategy for improving community administrative literacy and supporting the implementation of public service policies at the village level. Regular socialization, accessible service information, and digital communication are recommended to ensure sustainable improvement.
