Abstract

The culinary industry represents one of the most prominent business sector due to its consistenly, this sector continues to undergo rapid and sustained growth. This study aimsto assess the feasibility of the Terro Pole SumenepDessert Box business, from production and market aspects. The result of the study show that in terms of production and market aspects, the Dessert Box business is said to be feasible with a project age of approximately 5 year, from the production aspect with an assessment of location factors, raw materials, technology and production processes it is declared feasible to be developed while from the market aspect show that the business carried out by the Terro Pole Sumenep Dessert Box Business is quite Feasible to be developed by looking at the development of sales from small  to bigger.
