Abstract

The role of the principal as a role model is very important in developing the human resources of educators and education personnel in educational institutions. This study explores the strategic role of school principals in improving the competence and professionalism of educators through infrastructure management, continuous training, and technology optimization. Using the literature review method, this research identifies key challenges, including budget constraints, low technology utilization and lack of systematic training. It also highlighted the importance of a transformational leadership style capable of creating a positive, collaborative and innovative work culture. The results show that effective principals can be significant agents of change, driving improvements in the quality of learning and the adaptation of education to the modern technological era. Several recommendations are provided by the researcher to develop more progressive managerial and leadership strategies to answer future educational challenges.
