Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, work motivation, and organizational culture on employee productivity at the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Gowa Regency. Productivity is a crucial element in the effectiveness of public services; however, initial observations indicated that productivity levels were not yet optimal. This study employs a quantitative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees at the institution. Data analysis was conducted to examine the partial and simultaneous influence of the independent variables on employee productivity as the dependent variable. The results show that work environment and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Conversely, work motivation was found to have a positive but not statistically significant effect within the context of this study. Simultaneously, work environment, work motivation, and organizational culture are proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, with the independent variables explaining 53.8% of the variation in productivity. These findings imply that integrating the management of a conducive work environment, strengthening a positive organizational culture, and optimizing the motivation system are essential to sustainably increase employee productivity at the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Gowa Regency.
