Abstract

Academic anxiety is a psychological issue that can affect students' learning processes, academic performance, and overall growth. Pressures regarding grades, assignments, exams, parental demands, and societal expectations can trigger excessive fear and worry. This article aims to analyze a Christian psychological approach to addressing academic anxiety among students. The study employs a literature review method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were gathered through an examination of books, journal articles, and various literature relevant to Christian psychology, academic anxiety, education, and student support. The findings indicate that a Christian psychological approach can be implemented through self-acceptance, the management of thoughts and emotions, the development of self-regulation skills, the formation of healthy study habits, prayer, the strengthening of faith, and empathetic support. This approach helps students understand that their self-worth is not defined solely by academic achievement. Integrating psychological and spiritual aspects can foster resilience, self-confidence, faith growth, and the ability to cope with academic pressure in a healthy manner.
