Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Governance, Dividend Payout Ratio and Total Asset Turnover on the value of mining companies. The population in this study consists of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2023. The non-probability sampling method with Purposive Sampling technique resulted in a sample of 6 out of 63 mining companies. Secondary data was obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the form of data from mining sector companies included in the LQ45 index and processed using EVIEWS-12. The data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that Corporate Governance, Dividend Payout Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover jointly affect Company Value in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2023. Partially, the three independent variables have a positive and significant influence on Company Value in mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2023.
