The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between workload, work environment, and traffic violations on driving Behavior, moderated by the variable of work stress. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires directly for each variable. The respondents who participated in the study were 40 online motorcycle taxi drivers. The results show that there is an influence between workload, work environment, and traffic violations on driving behavior.
