Abstract

OkeGo (Omah Kebon Solotigo) Resto is a restaurant in Salatiga City that has problems with the reservation process which is carried out conventionally by relying on telephone or whatsapp messages. This process risks double bookings, manual recording errors, and inefficiencies in managing reservation data. This study aims to design a web-based online reservation system that customers can use to make reservations and employees can use to manage reservation data and table availability. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The system design method applies a prototype approach with the use of the figma application for design creation.
