<![CDATA[Posyandu is one of the services available in the community by checking that one of them is for pregnant mothers and young children. The importance of the family in posyandu has more influence on the status of the child's nutrition because of the position as a monitoring of the improvement of the state of child nutrition. Objectives of the study: Know the influence of the role of the health cadres on the improvement of the nutritional status of young people in the work area of Puskesmas Bihbul, know the roles of health caders, Know the status of the baby/baby nutrition in the Work Area of Pushesmas bihbul. Method: Quantitative using retrospective research design with samples of 36 people.Results: Obtained Most of the role of health cadres in posyandu good is 79.5%, most of the improvement of the nutritional status of newborn babies in February good is 79,5%, in March good is 84.6% and in April good is 92.3%. And there is influence of the health caders role in Posyandu on the increase in the nutrition status of young babies p=0,000. Conclusion: most of the role of the cadres is active in carrying out their duties and the improvement of the nutritional status is largely optimal. Advice: For babies to know how important it is to monitor the nutritional status of babies so that babies do not suffer from nutritional deficiencies, perform nutritional monitoring in babies and newspapers so that the status of the babies can be controlled.
