Pelaksanaan Pemilihan Umum Raya (PEMIRA) di lingkup Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Singaperbangsa Karawang (FASILKOM UNSIKA) saat ini masih menghadapi kendala pada efisiensi dan transparansi akibat proses yang cenderung semi-manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi e-voting yang terstruktur guna mempermudah pengelolaan data pemilih, kandidat, dan proses pemungutan suara secara digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) dengan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk menggambarkan alur sistem secara komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rancangan sistem e-voting ini mampu memberikan solusi terhadap risiko duplikasi suara melalui validasi NPM dan email kampus, serta mempercepat proses rekapitulasi hasil secara real-time dan akurat. Implementasi desain antarmuka yang user-centered memastikan kemudahan akses bagi mahasiswa dan transparansi data bagi panitia. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat kualitas demokrasi kampus yang modern, efisien, dan akuntabel. Abstract. The implementation of the General Student Election (PEMIRA) within the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Singaperbangsa Karawang (FASILKOM UNSIKA) currently faces challenges in efficiency and transparency due to semi-manual processes. This study aims to design a structured e-voting information system to facilitate the digital management of voter data, candidates, and the voting process. The research method employed is Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) with Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling to comprehensively illustrate the system flow. The results indicate that this e-voting system design provides a solution to the risk of duplicate votes through student ID (NPM) and campus email validation, while accelerating the real-time and accurate recapitulation of results. The implementation of a user-centered interface design ensures ease of access for students and data transparency for the committee. Thus, this system is expected to strengthen the quality of modern, efficient, and accountable campus democracy.]]>
