Abstract

Abstrak. Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) House Of Knowledge telah menerapkan model pembelajaran modern yang fleksibel melalui kelas online, namun manajemen akademik dan administrasinya masih dijalankan secara manual. Aktivitas seperti pengelolaan tugas, penyampaian materi, hingga pencatatan presensi dan pembayaran masih menggunakan platform komunikasi umum yang tidak terintegrasi, sehingga memicu tersebarnya data dan meningkatkan beban kerja staf. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem aplikasi berbasis web "SIPADU HOK" yang mengintegrasikan Sistem Manajemen Pembelajaran (LMS) dan Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIA). Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Prototyping yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi menggunakan framework Laravel, dan pengujian Blackbox. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun berhasil mengotomatisasi proses administratif, memusatkan arsip pembelajaran, serta memfasilitasi transaksi keuangan melalui integrasi payment gateway Midtrans. Kesimpulannya, implementasi SIPADU HOK terbukti secara signifikan menciptakan ekosistem belajar yang terstruktur, efisien, dan transparan bagi guru, siswa, dan orang tua. Abstract. The Community Learning Center (PKBM) House Of Knowledge has implemented a flexible modern learning model through online classes, yet its academic and administrative management is still carried out manually. Activities such as task management, material delivery, as well as attendance and payment recording still use non-integrated common communication platforms, causing scattered data and increasing staff workload. This study aims to build a web-based application system "SIPADU HOK" that integrates a Learning Management System (LMS) and Academic Information System (SIA). System development uses the Prototyping method which includes requirement analysis, design, implementation using the Laravel framework, and Blackbox testing. The results show that the developed system successfully automates administrative processes, centralizes learning archives, and facilitates financial transactions through Midtrans payment gateway integration. In conclusion, the implementation of SIPADU HOK is proven to significantly create a structured, efficient, and transparent learning ecosystem for teachers, students, and parents.
