<![CDATA[This study is a quantitative study aimed at determining whether the use of interactive image media has an effect on pupils’ vocabulary acquisition in Year 3 at SD Inpres 6/75 Cinennung, Bone Regency. The research procedure utilised the ADDIE model with a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study comprised all third-year primary school pupils, who also served as the sample of 25 pupils, selected using a saturation sampling technique. Data collection employed a written test to measure pupils’ vocabulary writing ability before and after the use of interactive image media. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyse the data. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis showed that the pre-test scores for students’ vocabulary mastery were in the moderate category, with an average of 54.80, whilst the post-test scores were in the high category, with an average of 81.80. The results of the inferential statistical analysis using a paired samples t-test showed that the calculated t-value of 42.828 was greater than the critical t-value of 1.71088 at a significance level of 0.05. This indicates that there is a statistically significant difference in the means, with the average test score after using the interactive media being higher than before its use.Thus, it can be concluded that the use of interactive image media has a significant effect on the vocabulary mastery of Year 3 pupils at SD Inpres 6/75 Cinennung, Bone Regency.]]>
