Abstract

This study aims to determine learners’ perceptions of the use of the SANDIK online learning website in the learning process at PKBM Global Mandiri Tangerang City. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that the SANDIK website helped make learning more flexible and practical, especially in accessing materials and submitting assignments. Learners gave positive perceptions toward the website, although there were still obstacles such as unstable internet connections and several features that were not yet optimal. Overall, the SANDIK website was able to support the learning process of learners at PKBM Global Mandiri Tangerang City.
