Abstract

This study aims to analyze the principal’s strategy in human resource management to build a multicultural religious culture at SD Negeri 019 Palaran. The background of this research is based on the increasing diversity in schools which requires inclusive leadership and effective human resource management to create a harmonious and religious school culture. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews with the principal and teachers, and documentation. The results show that the principal applies several strategies, including strengthening religious values through daily activities, fostering tolerance among school members, and developing teacher competencies through training and collaboration. In addition, the principal implements inclusive leadership that respects diversity and encourages participation from all stakeholders. These strategies contribute significantly to the formation of a multicultural religious culture characterized by mutual respect, discipline, and harmony among students and teachers. This study concludes that effective human resource management combined with inclusive leadership plays a crucial role in building a sustainable multicultural religious culture in schools.
