<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of the curriculum in improving the quality of learning at SMA IT Seribu Bulan. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings revealed that SMA IT Seribu Bulan has implemented the Merdeka Curriculum in accordance with the policies of the Ministry of Education and the local Education Office. Curriculum implementation is carried out through annual program planning, classroom learning activities, teacher professional development, integration of Islamic values, and continuous evaluation processes. The school also enriches learning by offering elective subjects such as Coding and Artificial Intelligence to support students' digital competencies. The implementation of the curriculum has a positive impact on learning quality by enhancing students’ academic achievement, critical thinking skills, creativity, social skills, and learning motivation. Teacher participation in training programs, webinars, and In-House Training (IHT) contributes significantly to the successful implementation of the curriculum. However, challenges remain in improving students’ academic performance and classroom engagement. To address these issues, the school continuously evaluates learning activities through student reflections and annual program reviews. Overall, the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMA IT Seribu Bulan has contributed positively to improving the quality of learning and supporting students’ holistic development.]]>
