The problem in this study is the lack of interest in learning students as well as the lack of mathematical talent and the ability to read technical diagrams so that it affects the learning outcomes of students in the Cost Estimation of Construction Works and Housing class XI TKP SMK Negeri 03 Boyolangu. The purpose of the study was to examine the influence of mathematical abilities and analyze the learning outcomes of Cost Estimation of Construction Works and Housing both in parallel and simultaneously. This study used a quantitative correlational approach using a sample of class XI TKP students. Data collection was carried out through a written test to measure mathematical abilities and the ability to read technical drawings, as well as a documentation study of report card grades for the subject of Cost Estimation of Construction Works and Housing. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the support of SPSS. The findings of the study indicate that mathematical abilities have a positive and significant effect on the learning outcomes of Cost Estimation of Construction Works and Housing. The ability to see technical charts also has a positive and significant effect on the learning outcomes of Cost Estimation of Construction Works and Housing. Simultaneously, these variables have a significant effect on the learning outcomes of Cost Estimation of Construction Works and Housing with a high level of contribution. Thus, it can be concluded that mathematical ability and the ability to read technical drawings are important factors that are often used to determine student learning outcomes in the Construction and Housing Work Cost Estimation course.
