This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital fundraising based on the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) in collecting zakat, infaq, and sadaqah (ZIS) funds at LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri Pasuruan and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting its implementation. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the branch manager, fundraising staff, administrative staff, and donors of LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri Pasuruan. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the implementation of QRIS has been successfully utilized as a digital fundraising strategy in collecting ZIS funds. The use of QRIS provides convenience, speed, and flexibility for donors in making contributions while enhancing transparency and accountability through a digital transaction recording system. Supporting factors include the increasing adoption of digital payment systems, ease of transaction access, and institutional as well as regulatory support from Bank Indonesia. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors consist of limited digital literacy among some community members, internet network constraints, and the continued preference for direct cash transactions. The study concludes that digital fundraising through QRIS has significant potential to improve the effectiveness of ZIS fund collection and expand the reach of Islamic philanthropic services in the digital era.
