Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of ship agency services and identify constraints and handling efforts at the STS Special Terminal of PT. Cikarang Listrindo by PT. Kartika Samudra Adijaya Site Babelan. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The results show that agency services generally run well, especially clearance in/out using INAPORTNET. However, constraints include human errors in document input, INAPORTNET disruptions, and administrative issues such as expired ship certificates. Handling efforts include double‑check systems, strengthened coordination, and early document preparation. These efforts remain reactive; a proactive approach is needed.
