<![CDATA[Tests, measurement, assessment, and evaluation are essential components of the learning process that are interconnected in determining students’ learning outcomes. These four concepts have distinct roles but complement each other in providing a comprehensive overview of students’ achievement, particularly at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) and Elementary School (SD) levels. This study aims to examine the concepts and implementation of tests, measurement, assessment, and evaluation in MI/SD learning through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The research method involves collecting and analyzing relevant scholarly articles obtained from databases such as Google Scholar and accredited national journals, with a publication range from 2015 to 2025. The findings indicate that tests are used as tools to obtain learning outcome data, measurement functions to assign quantitative values to the results, assessment is used to interpret the measurement outcomes, while evaluation plays a role in decision-making regarding the learning process and outcomes. In general, the implementation of these components in MI/SD has been carried out; however, several challenges remain, including the dominance of written tests, limited teacher understanding of diverse assessment techniques, and the suboptimal use of evaluation instruments. Therefore, improving teachers’ competencies in understanding and applying tests, measurement, assessment, and evaluation in an integrated manner is necessary to enhance the quality of learning.]]>
