<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the phenomenon of character decline among the younger generation, particularly related to student discipline at the elementary school level. The main problem examined in this study is how the Scout extracurricular activities contribute significantly to reconstructing students' disciplined character. This study aims to comprehensively explore the process of character formation of fifth-grade students at elementary school of Socah 2, focusing on three dimensions: time discipline, dress code, and behavioral discipline. The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach, where the subject is determined using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through a series of structured studies including pre-research, observation, and in-depth interviews, while data analysis applied the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results show that Scout activities contribute significantly to transforming students' character. Time discipline was successfully formed through the application of educational sanctions based on the environment, dress code is driven by the strengthening of attributes as self-identity, and mature behavioral discipline through a variety of training methods (a combination of 10-minute PBB exercises and group games). The success of instilling the eighth Dasa Darma value is supported by consistent guidance and a strengthened system of collective responsibility within the troop.]]>
