Abstract

Business law in Indonesia is growing very fast and needs legal certainty, justice, and protection for all parties involved. Pancasila, as the highest foundation of the state, is used as the basis for forming business law. This research analyzes business law based on the values of Pancasila using a normative juridical method (statute approach and conceptual approach) through literature study. The results show that the values of Pancasila are reflected in policies related to consumer protection, business competition, and community economic empowerment. Strengthening the application of Pancasila values is needed so that business law can create a fair and sustainable economic system that focuses on public welfare.
