<![CDATA[This study was conducted due to students’ still-low level of understanding of the values of Pancasila, as well as the use of teaching methods that tend to be conventional and have not been able to encourage students’ active participation in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of implementing the Discovery Learning model, supported by Canva, on fifth-grade students’ conceptual understanding of the values of Pancasila at SD Negeri 6 Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI). The study employed a quantitative approach using an experimental method with a Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The sample consisted of 51 students, comprising 25 students in the experimental class and 26 students in the control class. Data were collected using a test instrument and then analyzed through normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing using an Independent Samples t-test. The results showed that the average posttest score for students in the experimental class was 81.20, while the control class achieved an average of 67.69. Based on the hypothesis test results, a significance value (Sig., 2-tailed) of 0.001 was obtained, which is less than 0.05. These results indicate that H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of the Discovery Learning model aided by Canva media has a significant effect on the understanding of Pancasila values among fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 6 Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI). The implementation of this learning model has proven effective in increasing student engagement during the learning process and helping them gain a deeper understanding of the values of Pancasila through engaging and interactive lesson delivery.]]>
