<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the implementation of Interactive Flat Panel learning media in improving elementary school students’ engagement in Salawati District, Sorong Regency. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The study was conducted in three elementary schools, namely SD Inpres 34 Sorong Regency, SD Inpres 46 Sorong Regency, and SD Inpres 20 Sorong Regency. The data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving principals, teachers, and students as data sources. The data analysis techniques consisted of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, supported by source triangulation and technique triangulation. The findings show that the implementation of Interactive Flat Panel was carried out through three stages: lesson planning, lesson implementation, and learning evaluation. In the planning stage, teachers prepared teaching modules, visual media, learning videos, and interactive quizzes. In the implementation stage, teachers utilized IFP features to present learning materials in a more attractive, interactive, and collaborative way. In the evaluation stage, teachers used question-and-answer activities, digital quizzes, reflection, and formative assessment. The use of Interactive Flat Panel was found to improve students’ engagement, as indicated by their increased willingness to ask questions, answer questions, participate in group discussions, express opinions, maintain learning focus, and demonstrate self-confidence during learning activities. Supporting factors in the implementation of IFP included the availability of devices, principal support, teacher competence, access to electricity and internet, and students’ enthusiasm. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors included limited internet access, varied teacher competence, limited digital learning materials, and technical problems with the device. Therefore, Interactive Flat Panel can serve as an effective interactive learning medium to create active, engaging, and student-centered learning.]]>
