<![CDATA[This study was motivated by the condition of MA Al-Masfuriyah as a private educational institution facing challenges due to its relatively limited number of students amid increasingly intense competition among educational institutions. This condition requires the madrasah to implement various strategies to maintain its existence as an educational service provider for the community. The purpose of this study was to analyze the strategies implemented by MA Al-Masfuriyah in maintaining its institutional existence and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting its sustainability. This study employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review during the implementation of the School Field Experience Program (PLP) at MA Al-Masfuriyah. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that MA Al-Masfuriyah maintains its existence through the continuity of the learning process, strengthening character and religious education, fostering a family-oriented relationship between teachers and students, utilizing social media as a medium for information and promotion, and maintaining educational services continuously. Supporting factors include the commitment of teachers, support from the foundation, and adequate facilities and infrastructure. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors include the limited number of students, competition with other schools, low public awareness of the institution, and the need to improve school promotion. This study concludes that MA Al-Masfuriyah continues to strive to maintain its existence as an educational institution despite facing various challenges.]]>
