Abstract

Sukawa Ice Cream is a culinary business enganged in selling ice cream product with a focuss onproduct quality and customer experience. However, promotional and ordering activities are stillcarried out convertionally, causing limited information delivery and marketing reach. This studyaims to design the UI/UX and front-end website of Sukawa Ice Cream using the Design Thinkingmethod to provide a better user experience and support digital promotion and ordering processes.The Design Thinnking method consists of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test stages.Data collection was carried out though observation, interviews, competitor analysis, and usabilitytesting. The results of thiss study are in the form of a website interface design with an attractiveappearance, easy navigation, and support for online and ordering features. The front-end websitewas implemented using HTML and CSS. Based on the usability testing results, the websiteachieved a user satisfaction score of 89,6%, indicating that the website was able to meet userneeds affectively and was easy to use.
