Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepemimpinan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada PT wahana megahputra Makassar. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 sampel, dengan menggunakan pengolahan data statistik yaitu regresi linear berganda. Pada hasil pengolahan data diperolah hasil sebesar Y= 9,118 + 0,284X1 + 0,501X2, dengan nilai korelasi sebesat 0,815 dan nilai determinasi sebesar 0,644. Pengujian hipotesis secara simultan diperoleh hasil Fhitung sebesar 31,629 dan Ftabel sebesar 3,29 dan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 maka disimpulkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Wahana Megahputra Makassar dengan demikian Hipotesis diterima

Abstract

This research aims to see the role of accounting in increasing awareness of SME households in paying zakat. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was carried out through interviews. The research results show that accounting is used to make it easier for SMEs to explain whether their wealth has reached the nisab and haul. This information can be seen from the notes for current assets and current liabilities in the business financial statements. In addition, it was found that good understanding or literacy of zakat can suppress opportunistic behavior, so that SMEs' awareness of paying zakat can increase, especially when SMEs have information to determine whether their SMEs have reached the nisab or haul.
