Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of job stress, work discipline, and work motivation on the performance of teachers at Ensino Básico Central (EBC) 1.2.3 Railaco Leten, Ermera Municipality, Timor-Leste. The study employed a quantitative approach with an associative research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to teachers at EBC 1.2.3 Railaco Leten. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method to examine the relationships among the variables. The results indicate that job stress, work discipline, and work motivation have a significant effect on teachers' performance. These findings suggest that improving job stress management, implementing effective work discipline, and providing continuous work motivation can enhance teachers' performance. Therefore, the school management should develop policies that support the improvement of work discipline, work motivation, and job stress management to achieve educational objectives more effectively.
