Abstract

Abstrak Rumah subsidi memiliki keterbatasan penyediaan perumahan, tingginya harga rumah dan produk konsumen yang rusak. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui implementasi kebijakan program yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian Pemerintah sebagai lembaga untuk mensejahterakan masyarakatnya dalam pelaksanaan membutuhkan pengembang swasta, teori Jann & Wegrich mengenai pelaksanaan kebijakan dipengaruhi beberapa unsur saling berkaitan spesifikasi rincian program, alokasi sumber daya, dan keputusan yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam program rumah subsidi Kota Pekanbaru. Abstract Subsidized housing has limited housing supply, high house prices and damaged consumer products. The purpose of the study is to determine the implementation of program policies carried out by the government. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach. The results of the study of the Government as an institution for the welfare of its people in implementing the need for private developers, Jann & Wegrich's theory of policy implementation is influenced by several interrelated elements, program specifications, resource allocation, and decisions made by the government in the Pekanbaru City subsidized housing program.
