Abstract

Employee performance in providing services is the main indicator of an organization's success, because employees play a crucial role in ensuring that organizational tasks and functions are carried out effectively and efficiently. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of employee performance at PT Telkom Mamasa as well as the supporting factors and factors inhibiting the effectiveness of employee performance at PT Telkom Mamasa. This study is qualitative, using data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of employee performance at PT Telkom Mamasa is running "effectively". This is shown in the work quality indicator, PT Telkom Mamasa employees comply with existing regulations in the office, one of which is regarding neatness in clothing, because a neat appearance is important for the first impression to customers and makes them comfortable. Work quantity indicator, PT Telkom Mamasa employees serve customers well and they complete their tasks on time or complete their work within a certain time period. Time utilization indicator, PT Telkom Mamasa employees are responsible for their work on time but sometimes obstacles occur if there are disturbances in the field at the same time and the employees make good use of time in completing their work. The factors that support employee performance include good teamwork, which helps facilitate coordination and task completion; Attractive incentives or bonuses can increase motivation to achieve targets; and adequate work tool support can increase efficiency and smooth work. While factors that hinder customer service include slow or frequently problematic systems or software, the pressure of handling many customers in a short time, and the potential for fatigue that reduces productivity
