Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, risk, trust, and attitud e toward using on interest in using the Shopee application. The types that we use for research are qualitative and quantitative. This research was conducted with a number of respondents as many as 168 respondents. The sampling technique used was the cluster & stratified, dispropotional, random sampling technique. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The results showed that trust in conducting transactions and behavior in transactions can affect the interest in using the Shopee application in Batam city and other factors do not affect people's decisions in the city of Batam. The test results of the coefficient of determination on the adjusted R2 value show a value of 0.56 which means the independent variables in the study show a value of 56% and the other 44% is explained by the outside variables. This research can be a reference for readers in determining how to attract users to use or transact at Shopee in the city of Batam.

Abstract

PT. Kawan Lama Sejahtera merupakan salah satu perusahaan besar yang membawahi kelompok unit bisnis multisektor yang masing-masing bergerak dalam enam pilar bisnis yaitu komersial dan industrial, konsumen retail, makanan dan minuman, properti dan industri perhotelan, teknologi komersil, serta manufaktur dan teknik. Dalam memasarkan produknya melalui website e-commerce milik Kawan Lama Group tentunya membutuhkan data analisa dari traffic atau website untuk keperluan digital marketing. Pada saat, ini Kawan Lama Group masih menggunakan pengambilan data dan memantau traffic pengunjung yang melalui Google Analytics dan membutuhkan waktu cukup lama dalam pengambilan datanya. Pada umumnya tidak semua pengguna Google Analytics cukup paham dalam mendesain atau merancang dashboard Google Analytics yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan untuk keperluan analisa bisnis serta monitoring dan juga membutuhkan waktu yang agak lama untuk melihat data analisa satu per satu website milik PT. Kawan Lama Sejahtera. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut penulis berupaya memberikan solusi dengan membuat dan mengembangkan website dashboard web analitik yang terintegrasi dengan Google Analytics. Agar dalam hal melihat atau menampilkan data yang diperlukan menjadi lebih efisien dan efektif. Tampilan yang mudah dimengerti dan hanya menampilkan data yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan untuk keperluan analisa traffic website e-commerce.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has transformed the trade sector through the emergence of digital transactions. In this context, there has been a shift in the relationship between businesses and consumers, giving rise to new challenges in consumer rights protection. The complexity and intensity of digital transactions open up opportunities for exploitative practices that harm consumers as the more vulnerable party. The main issue examined in this paper is how the state, from a constitutional law perspective, exercises its authority to ensure legal protection for consumers in digital transactions as part of fulfilling the constitutional rights of citizens. This study employs a normative legal method with a qualitative analytical approach, through literature review and grammatical and systematic legal interpretation. The results indicate that consumer protection in digital transactions is an integral part of the principles of the rule of law and human rights protection as stipulated in Article 28D paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution. The state is obligated to actively implement adaptive regulations, strong oversight, and consumer education to create a fair, safe, and sustainable digital trade ecosystem in accordance with the values of social justice and humanity as enshrined in Pancasila.
