Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh risk-taking propensity, perceived desirability, dan self-efficacy terhadap niat berwirausaha mahasiswa fresh graduate di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan 180 responden mahasiswa yang telah lulus sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menganalisis keterkaitan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa risk-taking propensity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha. Selain itu, perceived desirability juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha, dan self-efficacy memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis dengan memperkaya literatur mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi niat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa lulusan baru serta menawarkan implikasi praktis dalam pengembangan kebijakan kewirausahaan, terutama bagi perguruan tinggi dan pemerintah. This study aims to analyze the influence of risk-taking propensity, perceived desirability, and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions of fresh graduate students in Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative method with 180 respondents who have graduated as samples. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to analyze the relationship between these variables. The results of the study indicate that risk-taking propensity has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. In addition, perceived desirability also has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, while the effect of self- exhibits a similar positive and significant influence. This study contributes theoretically by enriching the literature on factors affecting entrepreneurial intention among fresh graduates and offers practical implications for developing entrepreneurship policies, particularly for higher education institutions and government agencies.
