<![CDATA[This community service activity aimed to improve the job readiness of Grade XII students at SMK Negeri 11 Semarang through training on Curriculum Vitae (CV) preparation and job interviews. The training was conducted using role play and interview simulation methods to strengthen professional communication skills, interview etiquette, and the ability to prepare a CV according to industry standards. The activity was carried out in several stages, including the delivery of material on professional job interviews and CV writing, hands-on CV drafting practice, interview simulations using a role play approach, as well as evaluation and feedback for participants. The effectiveness of the training was measured using a pre-test and post-test design, analyzed descriptively by comparing results before and after the training. The evaluation results indicated an improvement in students’ understanding across all indicators, including the function and structure of a CV, the purpose of job interviews, professional etiquette, and readiness to face interviews. The role play method was proven to help students gain practical experience close to real situations, thereby enhancing communication skills, improving their ability to answer questions in a more structured manner, and strengthening self-confidence.Thus, this training was considered effective as a form of job readiness preparation for vocational school students in facing the recruitment process professionally.)]]>
