Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of capacity building and organizational ethics on employee performance at Mie Gacoan Tropodo. The background is the low quality of human resources in culinary MSMEs, characterized by high turnover and fluctuating productivity. This research employs a quantitative approach with a survey of 23 employees as respondents through saturated sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that capacity building has a positive and significant effect on performance (t=2.345; p=0.018), and organizational ethics also has a positive and significant effect (t=3.876; p=0.001) with a greater influence. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect (F=24.567; p=0.000) contributing 71.3% (R²=0.713). It can be concluded that capacity building and organizational ethics are complementary strategic factors in improving employee performance. This study recommends that management design a comprehensive capacity building program and systematically instill organizational ethical values.
