Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Working Capital Turnover and Inventory Turnover on the Net Profit Margin of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk during the 2016–2025 period. The study employs a quantitative method with an associative approach, utilizing secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial statements. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis, the coefficient of determination test, the t-test, and the F-test, with the assistance of IBM SPSS 27. The findings indicate that, individually, Working Capital Turnover does not have a statistically significant effect on Net Profit Margin. Similarly, Inventory Turnover does not have a statistically significant effect on Net Profit Margin. Overall, Working Capital Turnover and Inventory Turnover do not have a statistically significant effect on Net Profit Margin. The Adjusted R-squared value of 0.195 indicates that WCTO and ITO explain 19.5% of the variation in NPM.
