The advancement of information technology has changed the way educational institutions disseminate information and promote their programs. School websites provide official information, while Instagram enables fast sharing of photos, videos, and school activity documentation. However, the website and Instagram of SMK Mulia Hati Insani were previously managed separately, causing the latest Instagram content to be unavailable directly on the website. This study aims to develop an Instagram integration feature on the SMK Mulia Hati Insani website to support digital information dissemination and school promotion. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires involving 30 prospective students. Black Box Testing was used to evaluate the main functions of the integration feature. The results show that the Instagram integration feature was successfully implemented and enabled the latest Instagram content to be displayed on the website. The questionnaire results showed a very positive response from prospective students, with an average score of 4.80 out of 5.00 (96.00%). These findings indicate that the integration feature was positively perceived in terms of website attractiveness, information access, and digital promotion. However, the study does not measure changes in prospective students' interest before and after implementation.
