<![CDATA[This study evaluates the implementation of the Christian spiritual extracurricular program at SMP N 11 Kupang City using the CSE-UCLA Evaluation Model. The study aims to examine the implementation of the program in developing students’ character and to determine the extent to which the program has achieved its character education objectives. This research employed a qualitative approach using an evaluative study method. Data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, students, and other relevant stakeholders, as well as document analysis. The evaluation focused on four components of the CSE-UCLA model: Context, Input, System, and Environment. The findings indicate that the Christian spiritual extracurricular program has been consistently implemented for 11 years and has contributed to students’ character development through activities based on Christian values, including responsibility, discipline, respect, tolerance, and mutual understanding. The program also provides opportunities for students to develop awareness of religious diversity and interfaith tolerance. However, several challenges remain, particularly limited budget allocation and inconsistent student participation. Collaboration between the school and an external foundation has supported the implementation and strengthened the quality of program activities. The study recommends improving funding, student participation, program management, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the program in shaping students’ character based on Christian values.]]>
