Abstract

The research examines influence from work life balance & its discipline, as well as organizational culture to employee performance especially from Regional Public Company in Denpasar City. The research problem stems from the condition of employee performance in low level, it reflected in the fluctuations of revenue target’s achievement in company. This study’s purpose is analyze influence from these three variables on employee performance, both simultaneously and partially. This research employs an associative quantitative approach. Population includes 145 employees of the Regional Public Company in Denpasar City, while the determination of the sample consisting of 106 respondents was carried out by Slovin formula in 5 percent error level. Researcher collected data through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and also documentation method. To analysis, researcher implemented multiple linear regression. From outcomes of this study, it all proved work life balance, work discipline, also organizational culture significantly influenced employee performance in positive term. In addition, partially the three variables are also found significant-positive affect on employee performance. Expectation of consideration for companies to enhance performance of their employees by human resource management’s improvement.
