<![CDATA[Vocational education is essential for developing competent and entrepreneurial graduates. However, many schools face challenges in production standardization, legal compliance, and product marketability. This community service program aimed to strengthen the entrepreneurial capacity of vocational students at SMK Islam Anharul Ulum Blitar through food product standardization. The program involved 51 Agribusiness of Agricultural Product Processing students through participatory and hands-on activities. Activities included Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) training, Pangan Industri Rumah Tangga (PIRT) licensing assistance, and vacuum packaging implementation. A quasi-experimental one-group pre-test and post-test design was used to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire measured on a Likert scale and analyzed using paired sample t-test. The results showed a statistically significant improvement across all indicators. The highest gains were observed in GMP understanding (2.63 ± 1.37 to 5.16 ± 0.86) and differentiation between PIRT and BPOM (2.94 ± 1.58 to 5.29 ± 0.78). As a tangible outcome, the school successfully obtained a PIRT certificate for its “Harum” onion stick product, while students demonstrated improved competence in vacuum packaging applications. The findings demonstrate that integrated technical, regulatory, and technological training can strengthen market-oriented entrepreneurship in vocational education.]]>
