<![CDATA[ABSTRACT Background: A removable partial denture is a denture designed to replace one or several missing teeth, supported by the surrounding tissues and the remaining natural teeth as abutments. In the fabrication of removable partial dentures, several cases may be encountered, one of which is anterior crossbite. In cases of anterior crossbite, this condition is classified as dental Class I malocclusion, in which there is a normal anteroposterior relationship between the maxilla and mandible, where the mesiobuccal cusp of the maxillary first permanent molar is located in the buccal groove of the mandibular first permanent molar, while the anterior teeth are abnormal, such as crowding, tooth rotation, tooth inclination, spacing, or crossbite. In addition, the suitability of tooth color, shape, and size must be considered so that the final result appears natural and functions optimally. Objective: To determine the fabrication procedure of an acrylic resin removable partial denture in a case of anterior crossbite. Case: A pair of maxillary and mandibular working models was received from the dentist with missing teeth 11, 14, 15, 21, 24, and 25 in a case of anterior crossbite. Conclusion: The fabrication procedure of a removable partial denture in a case of anterior crossbite begins with design preparation, surveying, blockout, denture outline preparation, fabrication of the base plate and bite rim, mounting on an articulator, clasp fabrication, and arrangement of artificial teeth. In cases of anterior crossbite, the artificial teeth are arranged by advancing the incisal portion labially so that the occlusion with the opposing teeth becomes a slight edge-to-edge relationship, followed by flasking, wax elimination, acrylic processing, deflasking, finishing, and polishing. Keywords : Acrylic resin, Anterior crossbite,Rremovable partial dentureABSTRAK Latar belakang: Gigi tiruan sebagian lepasan adalah gigi tiruan yang dirancang untuk menggantikan satu atau beberapa gigi yang hilang, dengan dukungan dari jaringan di sekitarnya dan gigi asli yang masih ada sebagai penyangga. Pada pembuatan gigi tiruan sebagian lepasan dapat ditemukan beberapa kasus, salah satunya adalah gigitan terbalik anterior. Pada kasus gigitan terbalik anterior, kondisi ini termasuk maloklusi kelas I dental dimana hubungan anteroposterior yang normal antara rahang atas dan rahang bawah, dimana mesio buccal cusp gigi molar permanen pertama atas terletak pada buccal groove gigi molar permanen pertama bawah, sedangkan gigi anterior tidak normal, seperti gigi berjejal (crowding), gigi berputar (rotasi), gigi miring, spacing, atau crossbite. Selain itu, perlu diperhatikan kesesuaian warna, bentuk, dan ukuran gigi agar hasil akhir terlihat natural serta berfungsi secara optimal. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui prosedur pembuatan gigi tiruan sebagian lepasan resin akrilik pada kasus gigitan terbalik anterior. Kasus: Telah diterima sepasang model kerja rahang atas dan rahang bawah dari dokter gigi dengan kehilangan gigi 11, 14, 15, 21, 24, 25 pada kasus gigitan terbalik anterior. Kesimpulan: Prosedur pembuatan gigi tiruan sebagian lepasan dengan kasus gigitan terbalik dimulai dari pembuatan desain, survei, blockout, pembuatan denture outline, pembuatan lempeng dan galengan gigit, penanaman pada artikulator, pembuatan klamer, penyusunan anasir gigi pada kasus gigitan terbalik dilakukan dengan memajukan insisal ke arah labial sehingga oklusi dengan gigi antagonis menjadi edge-to-edge ringan, penanaman dalam kuvet, buang malam, proses akrilik, deflasking, finishing dan polishing.
