Abstract

The 2026 Himpunan Bakti Desa (HIBADES) community service program was conducted in Tamansari Village, Sukabumi. This program addressed issues regarding road safety, the lack of MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) legality, and students' low learning motivation. Through the integration of engineering and social sciences, this activity resulted in the installation of road reflectors at 13 points to improve driving safety at night. Additionally, data collection and assistance for halal certification, as well as the creation of QRIS for local MSMEs, were conducted to encourage economic digitalization. In the education sector, the Gerakan Menggambar Cita-Cita (GEMA) or Drawing Aspirations Movement successfully motivated and enhanced the creativity of elementary school students. This program proves that cross-disciplinary collaboration is effective in empowering village potential in the infrastructure, economic, and education sectors.
