<![CDATA[The transformation of Indonesia's insurance industry is influenced by the implementation of sustainability, digital transformation, strengthening regulations, and consolidation through mergers. However, previous research has generally discussed sustainability and strategic leadership separately so it has not explained how strategic leadership drives organizational transformation towards sustainability. This research aims to analyze the role of strategic leadership in encouraging sustainability transformation and developing an Integrated Sustainability Leadership Framework (ISLF) for the Indonesian insurance industry. The research uses a conceptual approach through integrative literature review and theory building supported by contextual evidence from the Indonesian insurance industry, especially PT Asuransi Bhakti Bhayangkara for the period 2021 to the first semester of 2026. The results show that strategic leadership is a dynamic strategic capability that integrates sustainability orientation into governance, organizational capabilities, innovation, stakeholder management, and organizational transformation. This research produces the concept of Integrated Sustainability Leadership (ISL) and develops ISLF as a conceptual model that explains the relationship between strategic leadership, strategic governance, organizational capabilities, ESG integration, organizational resilience, and sustainable competitive advantage.
