Cassava is the main agricultural subsector that plays an important role in improving the economy of Indonesia. It can be processed into various food products such as mocaf flour, making it a valuable crop. Cipete Village in Banyumas Regency, is a major cassava producer, with an annual production of approximately 40-50 tonnes. The village government recognizes the potential for developing mocaf flour as a profitable and efficient business opportunity. In order to establish a mocaf flour industry, certain documents need to be prepared. Therefore, the community service activity program will focus on creating documents such as legal opinions, standard operating procedures (SOP), and factory layout. Additionally, village communities will be provided with training and simulations to increase their interest and motivation in making mocaf flour. The main obstacles in the activities are as follows: 1) limited access to valid documents; 2) a way to determine the correct pre-treatment of cassava chips; 3) misunderstanding of writing measurements on factory worksheets; 4) unavailability of training simulation tools. This program can be carried out effectively through the collaboration between students, expert lecturers, and stakeholders such as village officials and community groups, along with support from the university. Active participation and collaboration are crucial for the successful implementation of the program. Its is hoped that the village government and community will remain motivated with the assistance provided in making documents and training, to achieve the establishment of a mocaf flour industry in Cipete Village.
