<![CDATA[Women Farmers’ Groups (KWT) play a strategic role in supporting household food security while boosting the local economy. However, in practice, various challenges continue to hinder the development of KWT enterprises, such as limited business management skills, disorganized financial record-keeping, rudimentary marketing strategies, and insufficient agricultural production and crop processing facilities. These conditions prevent the full optimization of the group’s potential resources. This Community Service activity aims to enhance the competitiveness of KWT groups by strengthening business management and developing agricultural production facilities. The implementation methods include the following stages: needs assessment, outreach and coordination, business management training, guidance on administrative and financial management, strengthening marketing strategies, and the development and optimization of agricultural production facilities. The activities were carried out using a participatory approach that actively involved KWT members in every stage. The results of the activities show that KWT members have gained a better understanding of business management, basic financial record-keeping, production planning, and product marketing strategies. In addition, the development of production facilities has helped improve the effectiveness of production processes and the processing of agricultural products. This program is expected to encourage KWT to become more independent, productive, and competitive business groups capable of sustainably developing local agricultural potential.]]>
